Joseph trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama and has since gone on to establish himself as one of the most exciting new talents in comedy and television. His breakout role was on the BAFTA-winning BBC show, Swashbuckle, in which he plays lovable pirate, Cook. Now in its fifth series, the incredible popularity of the show has ensured that Joseph is a familiar face to families all across the country.

Most recently, Joseph has co-created, written and starred in a new sketch show for the BBC. They have sung live on BBC Radio 1's televised Fun & Filth Cabaret and are stars of BBC Radio 4's hugely popular sketch show, Sketchorama.
