Property expert Pamela Brown has recently appeared on The One Show for BBC1 to discuss the new phenomenon of house swapping. She previously appeared in the role of B' n' B inspector for the ratings hit show B&B the Best, for BBC2 Daytime.
Known as GMTV's "Property Guru", Pamela's dynamic personality and extensive knowledge of the property market also made her the natural choice to co-host House Proud, with Changing Rooms' Graham Wynn. This led to her role as interviewer in Cool Britannia for GMTV, which involved touring Belfast with Eamonn Holmes.
Pamela has been involved in the sharp end of the property market for over 12 years, during which time she let and sold over a million sq ft of commercial space and some of London' s most prestigious penthouses. Her sound advice on all aspects of the property market is in high demand.
Pamela has an extensive knowledge of music and works widely as a radio presenter. She has taken part in numerous outside broadcasts, and is comfortable presenting to large audiences. She has also produced Walking on the Cracks for Radio 5 Live.
Commended by the late Lynda Lee-Potter on her style and bluntness, Pamela is an accomplished journalist, having won a London Evening Standard writing competition. Writing with humour and frankness, she has published articles on a wide range of subjects.

Pamela' s hobbies include gardening, (her garden won a London Prize: "Very Mediterranean, lots of tiles and mosaic...") theatre, restaurants, travelling and keeping fit. Pamela also draws on her knowledge of astrology to complement her property work, and can often identify the star sign of an occupier solely from the decor of their home!
