The fact is it's difficult to switch on your TV without catching Sarah working her magic. Whether presenting The National Lottery EuroMillions Draw for BBC1, hosting the National Lottery Xtra news and updates on Freeview channel 45, a celebrity contenstant on quiz shows including It's Not What You Know for Challenge TV or voicing opinions on documentaries such as Gladiators, Ready! for Sky One or The Most Annoying Couples for BBC3, she demonstrates an ability to communicate at all levels.
Charming and never at a loss for words, Sarah combines a wittily irreverent persona with total professionalism and an ability to put anyone immediately at ease.
Her numerous hosting roles include Soundtrack Of My Life for ITV1, Comic Relief Presents Fame Academy and Eurovision for BBC Three, her own quiz show That's The Question for Challenge TV, The National Lottery Jet Set for BBC1 (alongside Eamonn Holmes), The Girlie Show, Blind Date - Kiss and Tell on ITV2, Mrs Popstar, on VH1, US Open Darts championships live from the US; Fame Academy, for Comic Relief 2007; UK Jack, a topical music entertainment show seen in Japan; Jungle Correspondent for This Morning's I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here and reporter for Richard & Judy on Channel 4. Sarah is also in demand for voiceover work, as the voice of the third series of ITV1's popular daytime show Daily Cooks Challenge, as well as being the sponsor voice for Trouble TV.
She is a frequent guest on shows such as Loose Women, Ready Steady Cook, Inside Celebrity, Big Brother's Little Brother/BB's Big Mouth, Bullseye, Never Mind the Buzzcocks and the highly popular Showbiz Darts for Challenge TV.
A skilled communicator, Sarah has been a panellist on The Wright Stuff on Five and Through the Keyhole. She also won the January 2007 celebrity edition of The Weakest Link on BBC1. More recently she's been seen showing off her make-up skills on This Morning for ITV1 and her culinary skills on Celebrity Masterchef for BBC1. She was also part of the celebrity line up for BBC1 and BBC3's Children in Need series Celebrity Scissorhands. Other credits include Nickolodeon channel, Live and Kicking, and The Making of... Shrek, Monsters Inc, and Finding Nemo.
From the sofas of MTV to the sets of the BBC's Top of the Pops, Sarah's been there. Stick her in a muddy field with a camera crew, sixty thousand people and a hot new band and she's in her element, a talent quickly recognised at ITV1 and 2 when they chose Sarah to present their coverage of the V festivals at Reading and Leeds.
Typically up for a challenge, Sarah also appeared on Channel 4's late night TV classic, A Royal Ballet School Girl-Gone-Bad, where her constant skiving meant that she was more often spotted at the Marquee Club and the Astoria than in class! Her ballet career still took her all over Europe and finally back to the West End for a stint in Phantom of the Opera, later moving into TV and debuting in the film Velvet Goldmine.
In April 2008 Sarah took part in The Great Walk to Beijing to raise vital funds for cancer care. She walked Stage 6 - the final and most challenging section of the whole trek, involving the steepest gradients and deepest steps of the Great Wall. She will be taking part in the Race For Life 5k run in July 2008.
